- We do not accept exchanges for items damaged by misuse.
- Shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the mistake is from our side.

- Items that are used or damaged are non-refundable.
- Non-returnable items include: customized ground coffee or any product not in its original condition.
- Sale items may not be eligible for a refund unless defective.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is faulty.

- Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 7 days of receiving and inspecting the product.
- For card payments, processing time may vary depending on your bank.
- For cash-on-delivery orders, the refund will be transferred to a bank account or e-wallet as agreed.
